What is your Return & Refund Policy?

We understand that buying things online can be tricky. Sometimes they don't look or feel like you think they would, or sometimes you simply change your mind, and that's okay with us.
Want to find out more about our returns and refund policy? Read below for more information. We've separated them into groups for easier read, please read your responsibility too.

New Natural Return and Refund Policy on Unwanted Items:
- Email us with your return enquiry within 24 hours of you receiving the items.
- Returned items are unused, unwashed and are still in their original condition.
- Refunds will take place once returned items have reached us.
- New Natural will provide the return courier ticket.
- New Natural will book the courier pick up once we have decided on a set date with you.
- Only valid for original purchase, not valid for items that have been replaced once under Product Replacement Service Policy.
 
New Natural Return and Refund Policy for Damaged Items:
We're sorry this has happened! Please pack all the broken pieces together and return them to us. We will compost them for you, as part of our Composting Policy.
- Damaged items that have been used can be replaced by a new one, once, within 6 months of purchase date, under our Product Replacement Service Policy. Damaged items that have been used are not valid for a refund.
- Damaged items that have not been used are valid for Product Replacement Service and valid as Unwanted Items, given it meets the criteria mentioned.
- New Natural will provide the return courier ticket.
- New Natural will book the courier pick up once we have decided on a set date with you.
 
Responsibility:
- Returning items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. You will only be refunded for items that arrived undamaged.

Composting Policy:
- All New Natural products out there are welcome to be returned to us to be composted with us.
- For customers, the returns delivery is paid by you, but you won't have to pay any other admin fees.
- For businesses, please refer to your composting policy with New Natural.

Product Replacement Policy:
- Valid for Reusable Collection only.
- One time replacement per item purchased.
- Valid for 6 months after received date.
- Email us or message us on our Social Media platforms to claim.
